Canadian virtuoso Mary-Elizabeth brown performs Mozart’s famous Violin Concerto No. 5 (“Turkish”), and the Symphony Chorus presents several movements from Fauré’s stunning Requiem, as well as a lovely work from Canadian Jeff Smallman. Rounding out the program are the thrilling finale from Saint-Saens’ Symphony No. 3 (“Organ”), and Schubert’s charming Overture from his incidental music to Rosamunde.
