February 24th, 2018, 8pm
Latin Night
St. Anthony's Cathedral

The TSO performs a heart warming evening of Latin music.  On the coldest evenings of winter, join the Timmins Symphony Orchestra and dream off to a land where the weather is sunny and warm.

December 16, 2017, 8pm
Charles Fournier Auditorium, École secondaire catholique Thériault

Timmins native Maghan MacPhee headlines this seasonal favourite.  Selections from Handel's Messiah, Saint Saëns' Oratoire de Noël, and J.S. Bach's Christmas Oratorio will be presented alongside traditional English and French carols, led by the Timmins Symphony Chorus and a children's choir comprised of local students.  Arrangements from Canadian composer Howard Cable will be featured as well as John Williams' music from Home Alone.

February 24, 2018, 8pm
St. Anthony's Cathedral

February is the coldest time of year in Timmins and we want to heat things up with several classic Latin and Spanish-themed orchestral works, including Marquez's Danzon no. 2, Moncayo's Huapango, Lecuona's Andalucia Suite, Canadian Michael Conway Baker's Chanson Joyeuse, and selections from Bizet's famous Carmen Suite.  Highlights from Andrew Lloyd Weber's hit musical Evital provide an extra spark for the evening.

May 12, 2018, 8pm
St. Anthony's Cathedral
Canadian mezzo-soprano Rachel Wood, the Timmins Symphony Chorus and the TSO join forces in our traditional spring celebration.  They lead a vocally-inspired concert which will feature Schubert's Mass in G, selections from Elgar's Sea Pictures and several opera favorites, along with Johann Strauss' famous Voices of Spring Waltz.

SEASON TICKET SALE BEGINS JUNE 10, 10am (At the TSO Music Marathon)
